If you are able to drive to Berea, please do. There is plenty of parking. Once in Berea all the venues are
walkable. There is also adequate parking at each venue if needed. Berea is located less than 1 hour
south of Lexington airport LEX, 2 hours from Louisville airport SDF, and 2 hours from Cincinnati
airport CVG.
You will probably find more flight options to SDF or CVG, but LEX is more convenient.
We strongly encourage you to rent your own car/van from the airport to get yourself to Berea. We
looked into renting vans and we think it will cost you more for us to rent a van and shuttle people from
the airport than for you to rent your own car. We found 2 cars cost less to rent than 1 van. You may find different results. It will be much easier for us if you rent your own car on your own schedule.
We are offering airport shuttle service to/from LEX, intended primarily for exceptions, like if there is a
person on your team who flys at a completely different time than the rest of the team. We offer this at
$40 per person per direction. If you only need transportation when departing, Foothills Transportation

offers airport shuttle service to LEX, CVG, SDF, but all rides must originate in Madison County and
require advance reservation, so you can not use them for a ride from the airport to Berea. If you need
